By using the Tampa Virtual Center platform users must pay a monthly subscription, which can be Standard or Premium.

Each business owner is allowed to create a profile concerning the services offered. It is strictly forbidden to publish obscene, disrespectful and illegal content that violates the rights and privacy of the parties involved.

The processes of subscription charges will be made using the Paypal platform, either through an account of Paypal or through the payment service offered by this company using credit cards.

Subscribers will be able to make monthly or annual payments. Annual payments will include a 20% discount on the regular rate.

The monthly payment plans will have automatic renewal implemented through Paypal. If a subscriber does not agree to continue receiving the service, he / she must make a cancellation for the following month in the Payment History Section “in his / her profile. The month running will not be subject to refunds or cancellations.

Tampa Business Center, based on the low monthly rate, does not guarantee refunds. Only accepted refunds will be made if Tampa Virtual Center decides to close a user’s profile for violation of the Terms and Conditions here exposed, and only if the user made an annual payment. It would always be discounted the month that runs and an extra 10% for closing charge, applied to the amount that remains. We may terminate your access to the site, without cause or notice, which may result in the seizure and destruction of all information that is associated with your account.

The company reserves the right to modify these conditions from time to time as it deems appropriate; likewise, the permanent use of the page will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to such terms. If there is any change in our privacy policy, we will announce on our homepage and other important pages of our site that such changes have been made.
